SEMV™ Trays |
| AMACS patented high capacity mini-valve trays are particularly useful in the revamp of conventional tray towers for more vapor handling capacity. For new construction, this technology can be applied to minimize the diameter of new towers. This technology is available with floating or fixed valves. Well-designed floating SEMV valve tray can achieve a 10:1 turndown ratio while a fixed SEMV valve tray can achieve 3:1 turndown ratio. |
AG-0 Fixed Mini-Valve Trays |
| The AMACS AG-0 Fixed Valve tray is another option for upgrading conventional tray towers for more vapor capacity. It can also be used to minimize the diameter of new towers. The turndown ratio of the AG-0 Trays is 3:1. |
Montz Thormann® Trays |
| The Montz Thormann® tray is a patented device that has been developed specifically for washing processes and vacuum distillation. This uniquely designed tunnel cap tray handles even the lowest liquid flows (40 l/m 2 /h with a simultaneous small pressure drop of approximately 1 mbar per tray). |
